Terms of use.

Draft · for review before launch

These terms govern your use of this website and the AI companion offered on it by O'Neal Coaching, a DBA of Get After It Enterprises, LLC ("we", "us"). By using the site you agree to them.

Educational content, not professional advice

Everything on this site, in the book, in our programs, and in the AI companion is leadership education and coaching. It is not mental-health care, medical care, legal advice, or financial advice, and it does not create a professional or fiduciary relationship. Decisions you make based on it are your own.

The AI companion

The companion is an automated service. Its responses are generated by software and may be incomplete or wrong. Use your judgment. Do not use it for emergencies. Do not enter confidential, health, or otherwise sensitive information. You agree not to misuse the companion, attempt to extract its underlying materials, or use it to generate unlawful or harmful content.

Inquiries and engagements

Submitting an inquiry does not create a booking or a contract. Speaking, consulting, coaching, and cohort engagements are governed by a separate written agreement covering scope, dates, fees, cancellation, and confidentiality.

Intellectual property

The GET AFTER IT Leadership System, Iron Sharpens Iron: A Journey of Resilient Leadership, and the text, images, and design of this site are owned by Get After It Enterprises, LLC or used with permission. You may view and share links to the site. You may not reproduce, redistribute, or create derivative works from its content without written permission. Third-party names and marks referenced on the site belong to their owners.

Testimonials and results

Testimonials reflect individual experiences and are published with permission. Placeholder content is labeled "Sample" and is not a claim. Results depend on your own actions and circumstances; we do not guarantee outcomes.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or the companion. The site is provided "as is."

Changes and governing law

We may update these terms; the current version is always posted here with its effective date. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas.
