Coaching · The 8-Week GET AFTER IT Program
Eight weeks. Ten leaders. One measurable next chapter.
A small-group, whole-person leadership experience for high-performing people who are ready to move beyond a setback, transition, or season of hesitation. You clarify what comes next, build the habits and support to pursue it, and leave with a 90-day plan you have already started.

Who it's for
High performers who are stuck, and honest about it.
An executive or senior leader whose title, role, or organization just changed, and whose confidence changed with it. A high achiever after a setback: capable, depleted, hesitant. A veteran or military-connected professional whose institutional identity no longer provides the structure. A woman sustaining a demanding career at a cost to energy, health, or confidence.
If you are looking for someone to agree that the problem is everyone else, this is not the room.
The transformation
From pressure to purpose.
Participants gain clarity about what comes next, strengthen the mindset and habits needed to pursue it, and leave with a measurable 90-day plan for purposeful action. Progress is documented week by week: commitments, actions, barriers, and wins.
Coaching and education do not replace mental-health care, medical care, legal advice, or financial advice. Guest experts define their role and boundaries, and a referral list is available for needs beyond the program's scope.
The eight-week journey.

One-to-one
Executive coaching.
For an executive or a sponsored leader working a real operating challenge: a new command, a team that has stopped delivering, a decision that will not wait. Cadence, term, and sponsor reporting are set in the first conversation.
Education and continuing practice
How Stacey keeps sharpening the system.

It's time to get up and get after it.
