What we collect

When you send an inquiry, we collect what you enter: engagement type, event details, the outcome you need, your name, email, phone (if given), organization, and budget range (if given). When you use the AI companion, the conversation you type is processed to generate responses. Our hosting and analytics providers may collect standard technical data such as IP address, browser type, and pages visited.

How we use it

• To respond to your inquiry and, if you engage us, to deliver the work.
• To operate and improve the website and the AI companion.
• To send you information you have asked for. We do not sell your personal information.

The AI companion

The companion is an AI service provided through the Soqratic platform. It is not a person. Conversations are transmitted to and processed by Soqratic to generate responses and may be retained to operate and improve the service. Do not enter confidential business information, health information, or other sensitive personal data. The companion does not provide mental-health, medical, legal, or financial advice.

Sharing

We share personal information only with service providers who help us run the site and the companion (hosting, form delivery, the AI platform), and when required by law. Those providers are bound to use your information only to provide services to us.

Retention

Inquiry details are kept for as long as needed to respond and to maintain a record of our engagement, then deleted or anonymized. Companion conversations are retained according to the AI platform's policy.

Your choices

You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you by emailing the address below. You can use the site without the AI companion and without submitting a form.

Cookies and analytics

The site uses only the technical cookies needed to operate the AI companion. If we add analytics before launch, this section will be updated to describe it.
